In case of defects found, only factory defects are accepted as the reason of return.
No refund is given if defect is caused by misuse of buyers.
Item returned must be shipped within 30 days of receiving it.
Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping it to us.
If you are returning a customized item (resizing, design modification, or design reproduction), a $30 fee will be deducted from your refund.
